HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Log In/ Register

Create an account by clicking the 'Sign Up' button and enter your details. If you are already a member, simply click 'Log In'. Your details and points accumulated will be saved in your personal account. 

Step 2: Add item(s) to cart

Click on the item(s) you wish to purchase and they will automatically be added to your Cart.

Step 3: Checkout

Once you are done with your shopping, click on your Cart and select 'Checkout'.

Step 4: Enter and Confirm Details

Enter and confirm the recipient's name, contact and shipping address before proceeding to payment. 

Step 5: Choose Payment Method

Before making payment, kindly verify the details of your purchase. Key in your voucher code, if any, and confirm your shipping details. Select your preferred payment method and click 'Confirm Order'

Step 6: Successful Order

Once we have received your payment, a confirmation email will be sent out to you to acknowledge the order and payment received. Arrangement for the delivery of your items will be made as soon as possible. 

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards via the secure online payment platform, Stripe and PayPal. These platforms provide convenience for you by automatically processing charges and displaying the price in your preferred currency.

We also accept manual payment. You may pay via

  • bank transfers; or

  • PayNow (unavailable at the moment)

Do send us a screenshot/scanned copy of your proof of payment to hello.surieden@gmail.com/ +65 8891 4069. The payment proof sent must clearly show our account number along with the total amount transferred. Your order status will be under 'Pending' until we have received the proof of payment within 24 hours time.

Please note that for International Orders, taxes, import duties, and other brokerage fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. As different countries have different additional costs, it is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs. These additional costs (if any) will be borne by the recipient. ​

ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY

A confirmation email containing your delivery details will be sent to you once your item(s) have been shipped. To accommodate payment authorization and packaging, please allow up to 2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation. Processing time may increase during peak periods. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

 

Once sent for shipping, it usually takes 2-7 working days for your box/ parcel to reach you for deliveries within peninsular Malaysia & Singapore, and 7-30 working days for Sabah, Sarawak and international orders. Once your box/ parcel is sent, for delivery, you will receive an update along with a tracking number. 

LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES

An update will be sent to you via email once your order has been sent out for delivery. As your box/ parcel will be delivered by a third party carrier, Suri Eden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We deny all responsibility of the products as soon as they leave our warehouse. Any dispute or claim must be resolved between the recipient and the third party carrier. ​

RETURNS

For damaged good(s) upon delivery, please provide clear proof of damaged good(s) via email within 24 hours upon your receipt of the box/ parcel to hello.surieden@gmail.com. We will notify you on the procedures to make the returns. We are not responsible for damage caused during the shipping process or caused by wear and tear. Returns should be made within 1 week upon our acknowledgement with the original packaging and tags attached. Returned goods are exchangeable for other items of similar value.  Please note that we do not accept returns for items shipped outside peninsular Malaysia and Singapore.

In the event that any of the items are no longer available, we will indicate an Out of Stock message on the product page. However, in some cases, if you have placed an order for an item that appears to be available, when in fact it is not, we will notify you immediately and you will not be charged for that item.

Please note that all sales are final and there is strictly no refund.
