How To Use:
Gua Sha: Apply your choice of moisturiser to your face and neck. Lightly drag the gua sha in long swiping motions across your cheeks, forehead, chin and nose. You may also use both sides of the gua sha down your neck for increased lymphatic drainage.
 
Roller: Apply your choice of moisturiser to your face. Using the bigger roller, start from the middle of the forehead and massage out towards one ear then the other. Repeat this a few times. Do the same for your nose, lips, chin and cheeks. Massage in an outward motion towards one ear and then the other. For the eyes, use the smaller roller and gently massage your eye area and eye lids.
 
For best effect, refrigerate your gua sha and roller before use.
